Message Reminder Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Message Reminder mobile application and related services operated by vermi company s.r.o. (“vermi company”, “we”, “us”, or the “Service Provider”).

Message Reminder helps users schedule reminders for messages, calls, and follow-ups. Registration is not required to use the Application.

No personal data collection through normal app use

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. vermi company does not create a server-side user account or personal profile for normal use of Message Reminder.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, ordinary network communication may involve transient technical protocol information, such as an ephemeral IP address, to enable connectivity. vermi company does not retain such information for tracking or profiling.

No precise location collection

Message Reminder does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

No app data sharing

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, vermi company does not share such app data with third parties.

We do not retain personal app data

vermi company does not collect or store personal data generated through normal use of Message Reminder on its servers. Therefore, there is no server-side personal app data retention period.

We do not maintain a cloud user account, personal communication profile, or server-side history of your Message, Call, or Follow-up reminders as part of normal use.

There is generally no server-side app record to delete

Because Message Reminder does not create a user account or store personal app data on vermi company servers, there is generally no server-side personal app record for us to delete.

Any information stored locally on your device can be removed using the Application's available controls, your device storage controls, or by uninstalling the Application, depending on how local content is stored on your device.

If you voluntarily contact vermi company by email or another direct communication channel, that correspondence is separate from normal app use. You may request deletion of personal information contained in that correspondence, subject to legal obligations that may require limited retention.

Opt-out and control

Since Message Reminder does not collect personal information through normal use, no separate in-app opt-out from personal data collection is required. Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device.

Use by children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. vermi company does not knowingly solicit personal data from children through normal use of the Application.

Security approach

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data from vermi company systems is reduced. However, no technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided through a separate communication channel, we will address it and provide notifications where required by applicable law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

vermi company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will follow those requirements.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 11 September 2026.

Voluntary communications

Where you voluntarily provide information to vermi company outside normal app use and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal.
